Shepherd’s Mortuary and Funeral Supplies (SMFS) was founded in 2001 by Bert Shepherd. The company is located in the town of Longford in the Republic of Ireland. The company was originally conceived through contact with funeral directors and morticians through SMFS’ sister company Shepherd’s Embalming Services.

SMFS is a family business that deals in the supply of mortuary equipment and funeral supplies throughout the North and South of Ireland. The company currently act as agents for several large mortuary and funeral supply manufacturers including Dodge, Auden, Leec, A.R. Twigg, and Lyn Oakes.

Since 2001, Shepherds Mortuary and Funeral Supplies have grown to be one of Ireland’s leading Wholesalers of embalming, funeral and mortuary equipment. Since the foundation of the company we have been totally focused on providing the industry with a full range of supplies that are readily available with the experience to back them up. We provide a first class service to all 32 counties with particular attention given to customer care.
